At Brantano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear and apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original shoe box or packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the progress of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
